  - Email your company or personal W-9 to support@pooltone.com
  - Our team will review your application and get back to you promptly.

  - Upon approval, we will send you Terms & Conditions, including pricing tiers, for signature. 

  - Once signed, you will gain access to our vendor portal and start enjoying the benefits of reduced pricing. 
  
  3. Order and Save:
  - Place your orders through the vendor portal to automatically benefit from tiered pricing.
